On the 20th floor of an iconic Manhattan high rise on East 9th Street, PJCArchitecture transformed a 12,000 square-foot residence into a forever home for a high-powered, design-loving couple. Local politician Eric Rosenbaum and law firm COO Brian Sprague sought to create a tailored refuge that would enable them to recoup from their fast-paced work life and entertain guests. Reorganizing the home’s existing interior flow, the design team developed a warm and relaxing abode that fits the clients’ lifestyle while enhancing connectivity to the stunning surrounding views.
